how are the AI written to make them good?
like enemies jumping or opening doors
or simple tetris RNG...

For RNG, you'll generally use timing.
For AI, you'll generally use some predefined behavior or some form of randomness and predefined behavior.
a.k.a. "when Mario is nearby, walk to him".
This all varies depending on what you want to do and what programming language you use though.

Worse than an average mobile phone, that's for sure.
Guess you'd be able to play something alike Stalker Shadow of Chernobyl or Oblivion at stable 40 fps on high settings 720p though
Although even such piece of crap will surely be enough for GTA V, CS:GO, Dota 2 and similar trash

Subaru have annouced the production of the Subaru BRZ S edition, due to be released for sale June 2013 and anticipated to cost a little more than $40,000 on road.
The major differences are new Look front bumpers and side skirts, different boot lip spoiler and supporting 17" black STI rims.
Some additional add-on extras now available are
* Reversing Camera
* Satelitte Navigation
* STI Sports Exhaust
* Front / Rear Parking Sensors
